Sussex Indoor Championships 16th March 2008,

Congratulations to Team FGA who came second in the Sussex County Indoor competition. Shooting a FITA 18 Penny, Jim,Brian and Tom scored 2039 to Chichesters 2154. Penny came 3rd overall in the Sussex Ladies Compound whilst Anthony & Keith achieved 5th places in their respective categories.

Tonbridge Birthday Shoot April 20th 2008

With no shgooting at Buxted FGA Archers travelled to Tonbridge and managed almost a clean sweep in this years competition. Pam, Jim, Gary and Keith won their respective competitions with FGA winning both the Team and Handicap Trophies. Anthony was third in the longbow and Ben Edwards in his first competitive outing was second in the Compound competition. Keith also secured the prize for the best gold - the Judges deemed the winning arrow to be just 1mm from dead centre.
