Summer Open Field Shoot Sunday 18th Sept 2011 - Results

First of all I would like to thank all those members who gave up their Saturday to help set up the course before the event and also those who made it run so smoothly on the day. I especially liked the food area.

Thankfully the Gods looked down on us and decided that only the briefest of showers would be allowed to rain on our parade, allowing forty visitors, together with nine FGA members spanning all disciplines to amble around the area. Once again the scores were impressive, but special congratulations to Dave Morris who, with a score of 940, beat the high score of the last competition. With the addition of a FITA round at Fletching the course for the Foresters has changed slightly, so it may prove even more challenging next time.

I look forward to seeing you all next year for the Big game/3D round and the next Foresters.
